Since joining Berlinale Talents as a new supporter in 2023, Warner Bros. Discovery has hosted a range of exciting events for our filmmakers, led by its talent development arm, Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) Access. Through best-in-class talent development programs, mentorship, placement opportunities and industry exposure, WBD Access serves as a powerful conduit connecting talent and bringing different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences to our content and brands.

Starting with our inspiring networking and design-thinking format Talents Tanks, to a Directors' Studio and Talents Brunch, in 2025, Warner Bros. Discovery hosted an innovative new addition to our event formats, the Talents Music Bowl Meetup that strengthened the connection between composers / sound designers and directors. With participation in our most unique networking event, the Berlinale Talents Speedmatching, and project presentations for the Talents Labs Presentations, as well as providing a Travel Grant for six filmmakers, the support has been vast and varied.

Returning once more for 2026, Warner Bros. Discovery Access will host a dynamic pitch workshop designed for all 19 participants of the Berlinale Talents Lab, where they will receive expert guidance on strengthening their ability to present both themselves and their projects with clarity, confidence, and creative precision.
